We prioritize fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables, with a strong commitment to organic produce whenever possible. Our kitchen is dedicated to using high-quality ingredients, including coconut oil, olive oil, and real butter, while avoiding trans-fats entirely. To support a healthy lifestyle, we encourage low-sugar and low-preservative snacks during parties and special occasions.
For hydration, we exclusively serve purified (reverse osmosis) water during all snack and meal times, ensuring that our students have access to the cleanest and healthiest drinking water.
